Oh, dear, just when you think you’ve covered all the bases. Darcey dropped by to chill today. This is our favorite RL activity as well – hanging out at the beach, chatting. π She scared me at first – asking what was wrong with the ducks -that they were black and green and looked like oil spill victims. Oil spill??? In MY tidal pool???? But then they finished rezzing and my heart stopped pounding. But some people just never know when to keep quiet. “So what are their names?”, Darcey asked. Names?? She is right, however. This has been a terrible oversight. The ducks NEED names. I must say, though, that Darcey’s first stab at this was pretty pathetic: Lefty and Righty for the white ones, no suggestions for the yellow. So I’m throwing it open to you all. Name the ducks. π
We can’t name the ducks. WE are eating lunch. π Again – this is a very accurate reflection of us in RL. *I* am drinking champagne. Here’s Darcey’s lunch:
Baby Carrot : My favorite, sweet and crunchy, Darcey Twine!
Baby Carrot : Mmmm, so yummy, have another!
Cracker with Gouda : Mmmm, that was yummy!
Celery Stick : So crispy and refreshing, Darcey Twine!
Celery Stick : Mmmm, that was good!
Ahuva Heliosense: LOL
Ahuva Heliosense: i dont LIKE food that talks!!!!
Darcey Twine: hahaha
Chocolate Donut whispers: mmmmmm Tasty!
Ahuva Heliosense: choc donut?????
Darcey Twine: heh, a well balanced meal if I do say so myself
Darcey Twine: celery, carrot, gouda, chocolate!
Huey, Dewey, and Louie? π
Talking food is amazingly common. Talking food that addresses one by one’s full name (“My favorite, sweet and crunchy, Darcey Twine!”), despite how ridiculous it sounds, is evidence of lazy scripting.
Hercules, Maximillian and Persephone
Ok, ok, how about a real shot at it then:
Bill
Waddle
Drake
OK – Turing, Watson and Plato. π
I started thinking of a name,.and started salivating in thinking too hard about a chinese meal as a direction(Peking duck for example).
So the best I can offer at this hour of the night is:
Downt, Eayat, and Mei π
Umm…. I wish I could see these ducks someday *hint hint*
But I was thiking…. How about Eenie, Miney, and Moe.
(As in Eenie Miney Moe, Catch a Tiger By its Toes)
Hey its how I settled my indecisions over the years! :p
hehe
Alaska
Sylvester, Tweety, and Elmer Fuddducker.
@Melissa – Wasn’t Sylvester a cat??? I think I prefer the ones you emailed me: Spartacus Splashy, Dido Duckling, and Pliny the Paddler. But I may have to go with Hell simply to honor his creativity. π
Hell’s names are too difficult to pronounce. I like Chad’s better. Or how about these? Magellan, Columba (she’s a girl), and Quack?
donald , daisy and duke π lol
